2. If you have a special delivery request, please put the details in the additional information box on the order form
3. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with transaction and Order reference numbers.
4. P&P £1.95 from within the UK. Outside the United Kingdom there will be a £6.95 shipping & handling fee.
5. Bongs and large/heavy items may incur a larger shipping & handling fee due to their bulkier nature.
6. Our packaging is VERY discreet and will not overtly reveal contents or sender. Orders outside of the UK are sent regular air mail as it helps with the stealth.
7. Uk orders will be delivered in 1-3 working days and sent 1st class recored delivery.
8. Orders outside of the UK will arrive in 5-10 working days 99% of the time, on rare occasions it may take as long as 21 days. If your goods have not arrived after 21 days please contact us.Once you have done so, we will make enquires into the missing parcel with the relevant postal service, to try and track down your shipment.
